One of the points of the agenda that will be submitted to approval in the Plenary session of tomorrow on August 14, refers to a press release as the final proposal for approval of the draft action of a Care Centre for seniors, sponsored by the Foundation called "Hope", a non-profit organization, which has another residence of similar characteristics in Churriana and also manages the Centro Municipal Centre of Estancias Diurnas of Huertas Altas in Alhaurin de la Torre.

It has been approved with a favourable report by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport of Andalusia on April 7 this year and includes building a old peoples nursing home for sixty places in a plot of 5,547 m2, which has an Inside of 210 m2 and located on the road to Alhaurin de la Torre Alhaurin el Grande crossing the path of Acebuchal.

The company plans to build another building annex basement and first floor to the existing 1,647 m2 area, containing the lower level space for more than thirty parking spaces and ground floor rooms and halls of residence.

The current building, once renovated, will be devoted to offices, staff rooms, bathrooms, living room and porches and the new plant will contain rooms for sixty places in two modes, single and double rooms with toilets included in each, more nursing, physiotherapy two rooms, dining room, kitchen, common toilets, laundries, lounges and other travellers use in this type of premises, all within the general provisions required by law for these nursing homes.

This will generate many jobs in the area and add another nursing home to the others to cater for an increasing generation.
