Approved a new Industrial estate that will contain a Mall
Located close to the avenida de las Américas it will have nearly a thousand parking spaces.

In these days in which the real-estate crisis strikes the sector and retracting investments, a new Partial Plan of Arrangement has been approved in a final plenary meeting today, with a vote in favour of the government team and the abstention of the two opposition groups of PSOE and IU In particular, Stage 3 of the Industrial Park will be promoted by "Desarrollos Urbanos Glase SL."
A surface of 70.821, 48 m2, located close to the road of the industrial estate and bordering on the second phase. It is crossed by the Zambrano creek in a surface of 2.044 m2 and contemplates four qualified commercial district plots of; 14.660, 7.309, 7.363 and 6.242 m2, respectively with few social amenities of 3.701,58 m2 (1.233,86 for social facilities and 3.467,72 m2 to sports facilities) and 7.314,91 m2 of green areas located on both banks of the stream.
This new site also provides a network to the entire perimeter road along its contour of 24,325 m2 of three lanes of traffic in one direction, and two parking slots with 932 parking spaces, 664 private and 267 public, communicated with the future avenue of las Américas by a roundabout.
This site that has taken several years in its planning and development, has finally seen today its definite PPO approval, having been reported favourably by the Government of Andalusia on July 22 this year.
The commercial nature of the new Industrial estate and its distribution, with information provided confirmed, is scheduled with a large area of a commercial nature with a new food distribution centre and stores around it, this means good news to alleviate the crisis in industry and provide a significant number of new jobs, hence, the council seeing the interest of developers in seeking investments for the municipality and the advantages in making available commercial land in general for the installation of industries and trades, has expedited the processing sectors final approval after obtaining the favourable vote of the Council of Urbanism of the Meeting of Andalusia.
